See what needs attention on Home

Last updated 21 October 2026Available onFree TrialProBusinessEnterpriseNeedsHubSpotSalesforceMarketoPipedriveZoho CRMMicrosoft DynamicsPardotMailchimpSalesforce Marketing CloudAdobe CampaignAdobe Journey OptimizerThe card is shown to anyone the left-hand menu shows Insights to: a role with Report Builder & Dashboards on a plan with Build your own reports. Starter does not include it.

Needs attention is the card at the top of Home: the five things the Suggested Plans of your connected tools say need doing most, across every tool, ranked the one way the Monday Brief ranks its three things — each with its figures, its tool, and one link to the evidence. This article reads the card and says what it rests on. For the whole plan of one tool, read Read the Suggested Plan.

Before you start

The card reads only what a Suggested Plan already found. It never builds a plan, runs an audit or reads your tool: a tool whose plan has not been built yet is said as that, with a link to build it.

Read the card

  1. Open Home in the left-hand menu.

The card sits above Integration Status. While the rest of Home has painted it reads Reading what the Suggested Plans found….

  2. Read each row: what to do, how urgent, which tool, and what was found.

The tag is the plan’s own severity — Critical, High, Medium, Low — or Growth motion for something to run beside the fixes. The grey line under the title is the diagnosis, and the smaller line its figures, each with the count it rests on: 212 (of 2,340 people).

  3. Click See the evidence on a row.

It opens the exact Insights view that holds the finding — the analysis, with its own view chosen — never the top of a page you then have to search.

  4. Click a tool’s name in the more need attention line to see the rest.

The card lists five across every tool. Beyond that it counts, per tool, and links each tool’s plan.

Note

The count in the heading reads top 5 of N when there is more than the card shows. The foot of the card says which plan each row came from and when that plan was built, on the same clock the Monday Brief uses.

What a row without a finding means

The card saysWhat it meansWhat to do

Nothing needs attention in X from its Suggested Plan built …The plan raised no low-effort fix for the next 30 days and no growth motionOpen the plan for the longer list

Nothing needs attention yet: no connected tool holds recordsNo connected tool has synced yetConnect a tool and run its first sync

How the five are chosen

Each tool’s plan keeps a short list of things to do — its low-effort items for the next 30 days, by severity, with growth motions beside them — when the plan is built. Home takes those lists, ranks across tools on the same rule the Monday Brief ranks its three things on, and shows the top five. The tool holding your deals — the one Insights opens on — breaks a tie. Nothing is added across tools or currencies: each row carries its own tool and its own figures.

Tip

Rebuild a tool’s Suggested Plan after you fix something. The card shows what the plan found when it was last built, and says when that was.

If it did not work

There is no Needs attention card on Home

Why: Your role or your plan does not include Insights, so the card — whose every link opens an Insights view — is not shown to you.

Fix: Read A page is missing from my menu, or asks me to upgrade. The card appears with the Insights row.

The card says it could not read the plans

Why: The read itself failed — a workspace database that was asleep, or a read that timed out.

Fix: Reload Home. The card never breaks the page; the line carries a link to the Suggested Plan, which reads the same rows.

A row you fixed yesterday is still there

Why: The plan it came from has not been rebuilt since.

Fix: Open the plan and click Rebuild. The row goes with the next read of Home.
